Steps to Enrollment

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Begin your enrollment journey by visiting sp.schoolmint.com

Apply on SchoolMint

Create a parent or guardian account and complete one application for each child you wish to enroll. Applications can be submitted online at any time during the enrollment period.

Step 2: Notification of Offer or Waitlist Status

After submitting your application, check your email and/or phone regularly, and contact us if you do not receive a notification within two business days.

  • If you are applying during our Open Enrollment period, you will be entered into our enrollment lottery, which takes place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
  • After the lottery, if there is space available in your child’s grade level, you will receive an offer of enrollment via email or phone call.
  • If there are no current openings, you will receive notification that your child has been placed on the waitlist. Should a seat open up, you will be notified by email or phone call.

Step 3: Accept Your Offer of Enrollment

Once you receive an offer for enrollment, log back in to sp.schoolmint.com to accept your child’s seat.

Please complete this step promptly, as offers are time-sensitive and may expire if not accepted by the deadline.

Step 4: Complete Your Enrollment Registration Online

After accepting your enrollment offer, stay logged in to sp.schoolmint.com and complete the registration form. Enrollment registration is separate from your enrollment application.

You will need to provide additional student information and upload the following required documents:

  • Age Verification (birth certificate or passport)
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental agreement, or mortgage statement. Only the first page showing the address as listed on your child’s enrollment application is necessary.
  • IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
  • Most Recent Report Card (if applicable)
  • Most Recent CAASPP Test (if applicable - the CAASPP is administered to all public school students in grades 3-8)

Once these materials are reviewed and approved, your enrollment will be complete. You can expect to receive monthly newsletters and communications from your campus and details about the 2026-2027 school calendar and back-to-school dates as they become available.
