Scholarship Prep South Bay Partners with Vision To Learn and DIFF Eyewear for Free Vision Care

At Scholarship Prep South Bay, supporting our Scholars means thinking beyond the classroom. That's why we were so excited to welcome community partners Vision To Learn and DIFF Eyewear to campus, bringing free vision care directly to our students during the school day.

Screenings, Exams, and Glasses at No Cost to Families

Vision To Learn's mobile optometry clinic visited our campus and provided free vision screenings for our TK-8 Scholars. Students identified as needing further care received free eye exams on site, and those with prescriptions received free glasses through DIFF Eyewear. No appointments. No transportation. No cost to families.

This partnership also reaches Scholars at our Oceanside, Orange County, Upland, and Riverside campuses. Across our network, hundreds of students are now wearing free prescription glasses.

Why This Partnership Matters

Vision problems are one of the most common and most overlooked barriers to learning. When a child is struggling to see the board or read comfortably, everything else suffers. Partnerships like this one allow us to catch and address those barriers before they get in the way of a Scholar's success.

Vision To Learn and DIFF Eyewear share a mission to ensure every child, in every school, has the glasses they need to succeed. That mission aligns with our own commitment to making sure every Scholar has access to the tools and opportunities that help them reach their college-bound dreams.
