John Ing is a dynamic and hands-on operations and finance executive and servant leader with a proven track record in corporate and non-profit organizations as well as technology start-ups. He currently serves as CFO for KidWorks, a Santa Ana-based nonprofit with a mission to inspire purpose in youth, fuel their growth, and catalyze their impact in the community and the world.
Mr. Ing previously served as the COO and CFO for Illumination Foundation, one of the largest nonprofits in Orange County, whose mission is to disrupt the cycle of homelessness. In 2024, he was recognized by the Orange County Business Journal as the Nonprofit CFO of the Year.
Mr. Ing received his Bachelor's Degree in English with a Minor in History from the University of California, Irvine. He later earned his MBA in Corporate Finance and Marketing at the Gordon F. Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
