Barbara George brings extensive leadership experience in nonprofit management and a proven record of success in executive-level roles in various organizations.
Currently serving as City Arts Commissioner for Newport Beach, Mrs. George is actively involved in both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations, where her community outreach efforts extend across multiple sectors. Under her leadership, the Newport Beach Student Art Exhibition achieved historic success, with hundreds of submissions from kindergarten to high school students.
Fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese, Mrs. George is well-equipped to engage with the diverse communities served by Scholarship Prep.
