Benefits & COMPENSATION
We PRIORITIZE the needs of our employees.
Scholarship Prep provides a comprehensive benefits package for its employees, including reimbursement for health and wellness, support for induction (BTSA), and opportunities for growth within the organization.
Health Insurance
We provide up to $14,400 annually for full-time employees to cover health benefits, dental, and vision insurance. Included in our insurance offerings are Kaiser and Blue Shield.
Choice PD Stipend
Receive comprehensive training through individualized professional development. Engage in whole group training, select personalized learning pathways, and receive a stipend to pursue external training opportunities.
Performance-Based Pay
Successes are celebrated, and staff is formally recognized for their invaluable contributions through individual performance-based achievement stipends.
Retirement Planning
Through the CalSTRS Pension 2 Program, we will match up to 3% annually of our full-time employees' salary towards this program.
Health & Wellness Supplement
We believe in keeping our employees happy and healthy! Scholarship Prep will reimburse full-time employees up to $500 annually towards approved health and wellness endeavors.
Schoolwide Goal Achievement Program
This program rewards the entire school team for achieving the schoolwide student academic performance goal and/or schoolwide recognition.
Leadership Opportunities
Our teachers are compensated based not only on experience and results, but also on leadership contributions towards the school and organization.
Induction Support
Teachers who successfully complete induction through the San Diego County Office of Education while with Scholarship Prep will receive up to 100% of their program paid for and/or reimbursed.

At Scholarship Prep, technology plays a vital role in shaping the learning experience for both students and staff. Ensuring that everything runs smoothly is Christian Nunez, our South Bay Campus’ dedicated IT Technician, whose journey into the world of tech started with a spark of curiosity and has evolved into a career of service and innovation.
